THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Technician experience preferred, but not required.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Partner with the Medical Director to ensure alignment between clinical and operational objectives with daily check ins and monthly L10’s.
- Manage clinic financial and operational performance by assisting with budgeting and expense control, monitoring revenue and deposits, tracking key performance indicators.
- Time Management skills to balance time on the floor and administrative duties
- Weekly meetings with Regional Director & Midtown HD’s
- Inventory & Order Management, Equipment Care and Maintenance
- Train, mentor, evaluate, and develop team members through ongoing coaching, performance reviews.
- Execute hospital growth initiatives aligned with Hippo Veterinary Group objectives.
- Scheduling & Payroll
- Social Media & Client Reviews
- Hours of Operation 7am to 7pm, Saturday 9-3pm
